Airport Transfers
Airport transfers are provided for all delegates who have pre-booked and paid for this service.
To confirm your return transfer date/time if already booked, or to book this service please email info@wncapetown2016.com
Please look out for the World Nutrition sign board at arrivals at Cape Town International Airport; you are able to book transfers on arrival as well and pay by cash or credit card.

Conference Shuttles
Daily conference shuttles between City hotels and UWC Campus
Conference shuttles running between central points in the City hotels and UWC Campus are available for all fully registered delegates. Vehicles will be clearly marked with WNCT2016 logo. Do not be late for your departure from your hotel, as per the schedule, otherwise alternative arrangements will need to be made on your own account.

A Transfer shuttle help desk will also be available in the foyer located at the Registration Desk; should you have any transfer enquiries or wish to make any other transfer arrangements.
Cultural Dinner
Transport has been arranged from UWC Campus to the Cultural Dinner, taking place at Panama Jacks in the Table Bay Harbour on the 01st September 2016. Return shuttles will drop off at the respective conference hotels.
Please note that the Cultural Dinner is by booking only. Shuttles will operate during the following times:
UWC to Panama Jacks: 18h45
Panama Jacks to Hotels: 10h30 / 24h00
Field Trips – 29 August 2016
Vehicles will depart from the Inn on the Square Hotel, 10 Green Market Square, Central Cape Town to the relevant sites at 08h00. For more information on the Field Trips http://www.wncapetown2016.com/field-trips/
Please ensure that you are at the pickup point 15 minutes prior to departure of the tour. R250,00 cash payment is required before departure, and is payable to Nikki Schaay. You can contact Nikki at schaay@mweb.co.za
